RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

These items are final sale for hygiene reasons.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached. Lovini reserves the right to reject returns that smell of perfume, smoke, or show signs of wear.

• Machine Wash Guide: If you must use a machine, always hook the bras, place them in a Lingerie Wash Bag, and use the "Delicate/Gentle" cycle.
• No Bleach: Never use bleach or strong chemicals; they destroy the elasticity of the bands and straps.
• Drying:Drip Dry in Shade: Direct sunlight breaks down spandex and elastic.Do Not Wring: Gently squeeze out excess water. Twisting or wringing damages the wiring and padding.Lay Flat: Ideally, lay padded bras flat to dry to maintain cup shape.
• Ironing: Do not iron padded or wired lingerie. Sleepwear (cotton/satin) can be ironed on low heat.
