🎀 Lovino Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Lovino, your comfort, confidence, and satisfaction are our highest priorities. Please read our policy carefully, as it includes strict guidelines regarding hygiene, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

PRABHAT KUMAR AGARWAL believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • PRABHAT KUMAR AGARWAL does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

2. Strict Hygiene Policy: No Returns on Worn Items

For hygiene and public health safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are missing the original tags and protective packaging.

This policy is strictly enforced for all panties, bodysuits, lingerie sets, and similar intimate apparel.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty: In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.

4. Exchange Process (Sizing Issues)

We allow exchanges primarily for sizing issues, provided the requested size is in stock and the item adheres to the hygiene policy (Section 2). Exchanges are processed as follows:

  1. Contact us via email at support@lovino.in with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
  2. Lovino will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected by our quality control team (confirming it is unworn and pristine), the new size will be shipped out.

5. Refunds

Refunds are strictly limited to verified instances of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or successfully approved cancellations.

Processing Time: In case of any Refunds approved by PRABHAT KUMAR AGARWAL, it’ll take 3-5 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
