1. Shipment Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by our carrier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons or sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the dispatch email.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lovino (Aggarwal Industries) is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the address before dispatch.

5. Damages and Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier office and our customer support team immediately to open an investigation.
